Beautiful accommodation located next to the airport and city center, surrounded by a picturesque setting.

The staff was willing to help and really took care of me. I stayed in the room that was updated with modern bathroom and available with breakfast. The hotel was in a fantastic location, to sightseeing. An attached restaurant for breakfast was an advantage.

I only stayed 1 night, but the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me.

The room was large and functional, with central heating, a flat-screen television, and a microwave oven. The private bathroom had a bathtub, which was a nice feature. The location was comfortable and convenient, being near the airport and offering a great view.

The restaurant in the hotel is awesome for breakfast.

It offers impressive rooms with refrigerator, and every member of the staff was charming and lovely. The dinner in the attached restaurant is what you need.

The hotel was within minutes of where we needed to be.

Unfortunately we were a couple of doors down from some very noisy, very loud young women who were having a modeling session or something. This did not make for a pleasant stay.

Your wi if was terrible it didn't work at all trying to reach family was difficult why can you not make collect calls from the room. When I called the front desk they were unable to help.

The room had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. the bed was very comfy. - the hotel had a great pool. - the location was perfectly comfortable and convenient for sightseeing. - the hotel had a restaurant and sports bar on-site. - the food at the attached restaurant was delightful.

The room was fine. The shuttle took an hour to get us on our returning flight. We had to call three times. They charged us to keep our car there even though there was plenty of parking available. They don't tell you it's free shuttle but not a fee for parking until you have no other choice.

We stayed there because we wanted the free shuttle to the airport they advertise. They don't bother to tell us or advertise they charge an additional 65.00 to leave you car there while you are away. Very disappointed with their charge for this. We stayed at other hotels in Rochester by the airport that let you leave the car for free because you stayed there that night and used their shuttle.

Maids trying to barge into the rooms because they want to finish their work, waking us up and a bit later their supervisor knocking on the door again. What is this? I have never seen this before in my hotel stays! I'm not supposed to be out of the room until 12. noon!

This place is conveniently located near the Galleria Mall and the staff is very helpful with requests.

Location was great after a long flight(s) from the UK. 5 minute drive, easy access and great facilities. Easy access to Niagara - no complaints at all.

The staff were very friendly upon check in and check out. The hotel is situated a short distance from the airport and there is a shuttle bus available. The room was very clean and comfortable.

There wasn't anything to dislike, we had a fantastic stay.
